Herd PR was founded in 2010 by award-winning ex-agency PR Head, Lucy Bridle

Background

With over twenty five years experience in B2B marketing communications, Lucy built her career working with leading global agencies in Manchester and London, supporting a diverse range of national and global clients with complex communications challenges.

After a successful and fast-paced agency career, Lucy left the ‘big’ agency world behind to create Herd PR — bringing the strategic expertise and experience of a big agency expertise and thinking together with the flexibility, agility and personal approach of an independent practitioner.

Based just outside Bath, Lucy is surrounded by the rolling green hills of the South West, while London is just 1 hour 20 minutes away by train. From its rural base, Herd PR works with clients both locally and nationally, providing director-level communications expertise.

Career

Lucy’s B2B agency career saw her rise through the ranks to senior management as an Executive Board Director, responsible for the agency’s PR division. She oversaw the PR team's most successful growth period in over 30 years, significantly increasing revenues and the size, scale and profile of the PR operation, whilst introducing a roster of new clients and developing a portfolio of award-winning campaigns.

Gaining a wealth of experience along the way, Lucy has worked with some of the UK's most innovative B2B brands, with specific sector expertise in the manufacturing, engineering, construction and architectural specification sectors.

Lucy and her team were nationally recognised with a string of high profile Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) award wins, notably the CIPR Grand Prix award for Best Corporate Communications, as well as the prestigious B2B Marketing Award for PR Agency of the Year.
