About Lucy
Herd PR was founded in 2010 by Lucy Bridle, an award-winning former agency PR head
With over twenty five years experience in B2B PR and communications, Lucy built her career working with leading global agencies in Manchester and London, supporting a diverse range of national and global clients with complex communications challenges.
She began her career in construction marketing, and it’s an industry she’s proud to remain closely connected to. Her experience spans a broad range of B2B sectors, with a particular passion, understanding and depth of knowledge of the built environment and building materials industry.
Today, based just outside Bath, surrounded by rolling green hills, Herd serves a local and national client base, providing director-level communications expertise with hands-on, down-to-earthiness.
Lucy is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, (CIPR) and current co-chair of the CIPR Southwest committee, covering Gloucester, Bristol, Bath, Dorset, Devon & Cornwall.
With London just 1 hour 20 minutes away by train, Herd combines the best of a rural base with easy access to the capital.

Agency Career
Lucy’s accomplished B2B agency career saw her rise through the ranks to an Executive Board Director of a full-service global B2B agency. She was responsible for the agency’s talented PR division, where she oversaw a highly successful growth period, leading a portfolio of award-winning campaigns, and helping to win a roster of new clients.
Over the course of her agency career, Lucy gained extensive experience working with some of the UK’s most innovative B2B brands. Her team was recognised nationally through a run of high-profile Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) awards, including the CIPR Grand Prix for Best Corporate Communications and the prestigious B2B Marketing Award for PR Agency of the Year.
